SSH/Shell access has been removed for all Cloud hosting users.

Over last week we have had many SSH abuse attempts, both valid and targeting the security of our servers. This all resulted in deletion of users, of whom some could be lifetime HostMaria clients and countless hours of conversations with users and our cloud engineers.

This decision has been made not to undermine those few users who do it for valid reasons (minority).

Instead of connecting to servers via SSH, Cloud hosting users will log in the servers with their own StackCP user accounts.

I have to admit that we might change this decision, but only after we have more specific SSH usage policy as well as more Technical support professionals.
