Email is by sure the most powerful medium to reach and connect to our existing and future users.
Delivering emails like new user details, receipts, password reset emails and other similar is one of our main priorities.
The main risk here is directly related to scaling. By growing larger and larger (hopefully), the larger will be number of daily outgoing emails.
And, from today, we have switched to using Postmark to send our WHMCS system emails. All the configurations have been done, tests double-performed and everything looks fine.
In addition to this scalable solution is that we can track statistics such as number of emails sent or processed, opens, bounces and spam complaints.
Another huge benefit is that these emails are SPF and DKIM verified and it will result in our emails delivered directly into your inbox, rather than in spam folders.
DMARC? Yes, of course! All set up!
