Control Panel Maintenance in 6 hours
Between 05:30 and 07:00 hours UK time on Wednesday 3rd March 2021 20i engineers will be performing upgrades to our control panel (StackCP.com), API and core infrastructure platforms.
As always, we aim to keep downtime to a minimal but during this time our control panels and APIs will be placed into maintenance mode and no access will be possible.
We will update this announcement as soon as the work has been completed.

Update 0530 - Maintenance is starting.
Update 0700 - All control panel and API access has been restored, final tests are taking place.
Update 0740 - 20i engineers are investigating issues with domain search and single-sign-on, we will update on this shortly.
Update 0741 - Control panel is back in maintenance while fixes for the above are deployed, we'll update at 0800.
Update 0800 - Fixes deployed, pre-upgrade checks continue.
Update 09:45 - We're continuing to monitor the control panel, we're currently seeing some intermittent reports of delayed responses in the control panel, we'll provide a further update by 10:15 GMT.
Update 1039 - We're still looking into some intermittent reports, we'll provide another update shortly.
Resolved - The incident has now been resolved and control panel performance should have returned to normal for everyone affected. 20i engineers have mitigated a heavy attack against our control panels, the StackProtect mechanism may be seen at login but can be safely ignored and you'll be logged in as normal. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
