A while ago we announced that our team has joined Pawan (Kathmandu, Nepal) and his main work is: technical support and assistance to our managed WordPress clients.

Please join HostMaria Discord: https://discord.gg/pZ77WDStJ5 and ask your WP question there. We have also created a WordPress support section.
Important: Do not share any private details of yours in the public Discord channels (we can identify you with the primary domain)
Please also note that this is a feature running in test mode and the priories of Pawan are live-chat, customer support and managed WP users. We might get in another WP support person if this becomes highly demanded.
We have to mention working hours. Pawan's main working hours are: Saturday - Wednesday from 07:15-13:15 and 16:15-18:15 UK times.
And, yes, this also applies to self-managed hosting users :)
