20i data centre engineers are going to perform some essential updates to the UK network between 8pm (Friday, 21st Jan 2022) and 8am (Saturday, 22st Jan 2022), UK times. This work is planned to take a total of 12 hours and during this time there may be an interruption in connectivity while the systems are being updated. At the moment data centre engineers are rebuilding MySQL Cluster

In more details: MySQL connectivity to the following instances is currently unavailable: sdb-m.hosting.stackcp.net sdb-n.hosting.stackcp.net sdb-o.hosting.stackcp.net sdb-p.hosting.stackcp.net wordpressdb-s.hosting.stackcp.net The replication of this cluster has failed and it needs to be rebuilt, current ETA is 4 hours. No data will be lost during this process and we will update this status page as soon as the work has completed.

We expect this to be sorted out within 4 hours max

Error on New Mailboxes

We're currently investigating errors occurring with newly provisioned mailboxes.

This should now be fixed and all existing and new mailboxes should be working as expected.
