We have made an additional investment in the "No Stress" environment: The automatic daily backups (Timeline Backups) now include all your emails. Restore them back to any time.
What are Timeline Backups? The Cloud Hosting system creates off-site backups on daily basis.
The new Timeline Backups is even better way to ensure that your data is never lost.
Instead of just storing your website files and databases, as before, it also backs-up your all the emails for every person on your account. Not only that, it also stores your database files for twice as long as our standard backup solution.
Features in it:
30 days of website snapshots (before = 30)
60 days of database snapshots * (before = 30)
30 days of email snapshots (before = 0)
All email accounts backed up (before = none)
As you see, the main difference:
1) Taking backups of all emails, on all accounts. These backups will be stored for 30 days, so any or all mailboxes in the package can be restored should they be lost or deleted. The backups are stored away from your web servers, so won’t affect site performance.
2) Storing backups of your database for 60 days. This compares to 30 days with standard Timeline Backups and will be particularly beneficial for large ecommerce sites.
* Business critical information such as sales, customers, plugin settings, and other important data are often all stored in a website's database. Timeline Backups Pro provides an additional 30 days of database backups to extend data loss protection further so you have more restore points to choose from to recover your data.

Answer: Yes, you can restore already now - there are email snapshots available already for the last 30 days. No additional action needs to be taken.
Question: How do I view the most recent backups taken by Timeline Backups?
Answer: Timeline Backups take an automatic daily backup of all your websites and databases and store them for 30 days. If you have the Timeline Backups product you may want to view the most recent backups of your site. Select 'View Snapshots' and you'll see the 'Snapshot Time' drop-down, which will have all the snapshots from the previous 30 days. Read more
Question: How can I backup email accounts?
Answer: Our Timeline Backups Pro service provides 30 days worth of mailbox backups for all of your e-mail accounts. You will be able to restore your mailbox data to any snapshot within the last 30 days. For extra piece of mind, you can also run an on-demand mailbox snapshot at any time.
