Basics: The folder of your primary domain is public_html
Architecture: Every additional domain should have another folder set up and it should be showed in "Document root"
add a folder for the 2nd domain on the same level as public_html https://i.imgur.com/FkrUiR1.png
Go to manage domains and put in the folder name of that domain.
now you can upload all the files at the new folder and create the website for domain2
